Sending your goods

All of our products are sent from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand meaning we can send your product promptly. 

If an item is in stock and is ordered between Monday and Friday before 2pm, it will be dispatched the same day. However, during periods of high demand, this can happen the following day. Orders placed after 2pm for in-stock items will be delivered the next business day.

We use a combination of NZ Post & DHL for sending our orders, all shipments come with an individual tracking code, to aptly track your order. 

It's a flat rate of $11 for shipping across NZ unless the order value is greater than $50 then the shipping is free.
